Vegan Creamy Bleu-ish Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 150g raw cashews
- 1-2 Tbsp. dijion mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/4 C. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- Water (to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to high-speed blender and blend to desired consistency. Add water to thin the dressing if it is too thick.
Cook’s Notes
- This really tastes nothing like “bleu cheese”, but it does have a nice creamy consistency with an earthy, tangy flavor that adds a similar flavor profile.
