Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients:
- 4-5 C. shredded broccoli (about 2 large stalks)
- 1/4-1/2 C. dried cranberries
- 1/4 C. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 C. shredded carrots OR jicama slaw*
- 2/3 C. dressing (recipe here)
Instructions:
- Cut up broccoli and peel the stems Run broccoli through the slicing blade of a food processor (or take forever and use a knife)
- Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Test for seasoning. Serve.
