A salad dressing inspired in part by muhammara, the walnut, pomegranate, and red-pepper dip from the Middle-East. Sweet. Creamy. Delicious.
Based off Alton Brown’s Lamb Tikka Masala, this veggie only version is delicious and rewarding when served over brown rice or farro.
