Orange Adobo Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C. “pickle juice” from the Pickled Onions
- 1 C. orange juice
- 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to blender.
- Wait for it.
- Wait for it.
- Wait for it.
- Ble…..WAIT FOR IT!
- Blend.

Put it on salad.
This one belongs to Chelle, but I measured it and made it into a recipe, so, pttthhhhpt.
This is also excellent and vaguely asian if you swap the chipotle and adobo for Chili sauce.
